The person or people will pose and the scanning will take less than a minute. Afterwards, we will do the process of rendering where it takes the scanned images and transfer it to our 3D software. This process could take around 15 minutes. Then, we will confirm with you on the finalization of the scan to be 3D printed. Finally, you will be notified within 5-14 days on when your order is available to pick up.

There is no age limit, however people shorter than 1.5 meters (shorter than 4 ft. 9) are required to stand on a platform to ensure a proper scan.

We currently only offer refunds under the circumstance that something goes wrong with the scanning, rendering, or 3D printing process, where we are not able to provide you with your order and service.

We do not sell any of your personal information or image scans to any third party. We do not sell any information collected from visiting our website. We only use the image scans with the intention of 3D printing the final product for our customers.

By agreeing to our service, you agree that we can use your scanned images captured during scanning to be used for our 3D software to be rendered and used for 3D printing the final product.
