Unboxing
Your custom 3D figure will come unwrapped inside a tightly-sealed and air-filled cylindrical bubble package. Please unwrap the packaging very gently, and don’t force it. It is best to use scissors and unwrap on top of a clean flat surface to avoid dropping and accidental damage.
Display Case & Setup
We recommend to display your 3D figure inside a display case.
Your package should come with up to four removable museum gel putty peels. These are to be used as adhesives to plant your figure’s feet or bottom to the base of the display case.
It is best to store your 3D figure in a cool, room-temperature environment.
Treat your custom 3D figure like you would any fragile art piece!
Cleaning
Isopropyl alcohol, Lysol, or any dish soap mixed with water are all perfectly safe for cleaning with a microfiber towel, a wipe, or a q-tip.
Repairing Accidental Breakage / Damage / Bending
The material of our 3D figures is strong and durable — but even marbled statues can break.
If you have accidentally detached a piece, you can use 502 super glue to restore the pieces back together.
For accidental bending of the figure due to heat, you can use a heat gun or hair dryer (lightly and carefully) to re-shape the bent piece back to its original form.
Please contact us if you have any concerns or questions about any damages to your figure! While we do not offer refunds for a damaged product, we can still offer advice on how to resolve accidental damages to your figure.
