What is the scanning and printing process like / How long does it take?
The person or people will pose and the scanning takes less than a minute. We generate and render the 3D model afterwards, which could take around 15-30 minutes. During this process, over 300 images from the scan are being used to build your initial 3D model. We will show you the 3D model afterwards and confirm the finalization so you can have a general idea what the figure will look like.
The printing and refinement process could take roughly 5-30 days depending on the amount of 3D refinement, details on your clothes / props, the size of your figure, the amount of orders, etc. One single figurine could even take up to a day to be printed fully.
Once the figure is completely finished, it is wrapped in safe packaging, and we will notify you when you can pick it up or when it can be delivered.
Please allow us a minimum of a week and up to a month until your figurine is fully made and delivered!
Is there an age or height limit?
There is no age limit, however people shorter than 1.5 meters (shorter than 4 ft. 9) might be required to set up on a higher platform / stool to ensure a proper scan.
Can I bring in pets / babies for a photo to figure scan?
Absolutely! For the best results, please book a spot in our current location at New Horizon Mall as we have other scanners that work the best for pets or babies that move a lot.
We offer discounted rates for additional pets, kids, or babies if taken with an adult / taller person.
What is the material and quality of your 3D figures?
Our 3D figures are the best photo-realistic quality figures on the market. We offer a 3D printing service that is unique and goes above the standard for what 3D printing figures could be like.
The material we use is a specialized high-grade photosensitive resin, so it is not your average, lightweight, at-home 3D printing material. The 3D figure material is completely solid, weighty, and stable. The colour is printed on, not painted, so the colour will not fade or change overtime, and you can easily clean the figure without worrying about paint being wiped off.
Can I get the 3D files from the scan so I can print out the model with my own printer?
Note that everything we use is NOT compatible with regular at-home 3D printers (including materials, our 3D printers, and multiple 3D software). So even if we send you the files, they will not be compatible with your printer at home and will even need special software to extract.
However, if you purchase a 3D figure from us with your scan, we will send you the 3D files at your request.
Refund Policy
We currently only offer full refunds under the circumstance that we are unable to continue with the scanning, rendering, or 3D printing process, and we are not able to provide you with your order and service.

No refunds will be given if the figurine has had any physical damage.
